This weekend is Diwali, the Indian New Years, so I tried to make a card design to send out to relatives to save money. This is the design I used for the front. I drew it in pencil before I scanned it. I came up with the design while doodling in class...

these malaria tablets are making me feel sick.

tonight we're flying out from mumbai to singapore, then tokyo, then lax. we're already been eating a lot of pizza hut and room service pizza since we got to mumbai. we're getting ourselves immunized for america.

it wasn't diahrea...

it was just spicy.

yesterday we went to the very tip of india and someone stole my mom's slippers. today we fly back to mumbai. we're there for 2 days and then fly back home.

i avoided it till now. i haven't done it yet; i just feel a rumbly in my tumbly.

we're in kovalam now way far south in india. there's not much here except some aryuvedic stuff. yesterday we were on the house boat which was probably my favorite part of the trip. it used ancient techonology. this is the tail end of our trip, so we should be back by thursday. then i'm going to gorge myself with american cheese.

i'm pretty sure no one is checking this blog anymore since i took so long to post in it again. i've only been able to get on the internet twice after singapore airport and both times i couldn't access this blog. anyways, here's a short list of things i've done:

- i got run over by some cows

- i took a sulfuric bath with a bunch of men

- i got clipped by a car's side view mirror while i was hanging outside of an auto rickshaw.

- a hamburger ate me

so right now, my parents and i are on the touring part of our trip. the first part was family stuff. i'm in our hotel in mysore in south india. we saw some palaces and mundeers and ate some coconut. i don't really have anything else to say...

i keep thinking about the foods i want to eat when i get back home.

Burger King = bad

i'm in the singapore airport right now using a free internet thing. it's 4:30 in the morning here and we waiting for our flight to mumbai at 7. we've been flying for abuot 17 hours now. and we have another 5 hour flight to go. DO NOT WANT.

this internet thing is weird, so i'm gonna skip the picture.

I r going 2 India

hi ho,

many of you all know i'm going to india this winter break, so i'm going to take a sabbatical from drawing pictures for this blog (more so than i have already) to make it into a travel blog. it would still feature the occasional picture, but it'll most likely be some picture i found on google images, like the one above. in case you were wondering about it, that's what i plan to look like by the time i get back.

HEYWUHHAPPEN?! I tried to buy a shirt from threadless.com for the first time and this is what happened. I thought I'd try to get an Xtra small to see how it fits and the shirt left little to the imagination of what my moobles looked like. TO BACK FROM WHENCE YOU CAME!

This time I drew this with pencil instead of pen, though the end result looks the same cause I still adjusted the threshold using Paint Shop Pro.

I thought I'd try another full on comic/storyboard. I thought of this idea last night after having dinner at my cousin's. It's based on a true story...


I did a really shitty job of coloring this. I wanted to go minimalistic in coloring, but then it just looked sloppy and as if I was just lazy (which I was). I like the idea making these small storyboards for funny situations that wouldn't translate well verbally.

I don't seem to blog very much... So here's my own attempt at a pseudoweekly drawing blog. It'll be in direct competition with some of the crappier ones out there.
Anyways, I was talking with another such blogger earlier today and the following idea came up. This is what happens to tadpoles who try too hard or something dumb like that. It's pretty crude. Just keep in mind they aren't supposed to be sperm.
